Bottom line

I build the business,
not just the website.

¹ Gross revenue, Thick Thigh Tribe — a brand I founded and run (TikTok Shop + Shopify + marketplaces, 2022–now). My own brand, not a client result.

✓ IRS-reported: 2025 TikTok Shop sales alone — $389,153 across 16,894 orders (see the 1099-K).

The marketer can’t build it. The engineer never sold it. I did both — and shipped the receipts.

What I’d build for you

Named by your problem, not my job title.

01

Your store gets traffic but doesn't convert

I rebuild the funnel, not just the theme — product data, trust, checkout, speed. I've run a store to $910K; I build for the sale, not the screenshot.

02

You need bookings + payments and the tools won't stitch

Custom Next.js platforms with live Stripe, scheduling, and approval flows — the software your business actually runs on.

03

You have an app idea and no one to build it

Designed, built, and shipped to production end to end — real-time, payments, AI, all of it. I've done it for my own products; I'll do it for yours.

What clients say

You turned what I did into something presentable. I could not be any happier at the outcome.

How I work

From your idea to live in production.

01

Tell me what you're building

A store, a platform, an app, an idea. Send the messy version.

02

I scope + quote in 48h

Straight answer on whether I'm the right person, what it takes, and what it costs.

03

We build & ship live

You get the thing running in production — not a prototype, not a deck.

Who I am

An operator who codes.

I’m Kevin Mornot. I built a DTC brand to $910K on $0 paid ads — I ran the product, the growth, the customer emails, and wrote the code myself. Then founders started asking me to do it for them: custom Shopify rebuilds, a booking-and-payments platform that replaced Wix, a live multiplayer game, and an AI product I still run today. I build the thing, ship it to production, and understand the money behind it — the part most developers never had to learn.
